We just talked about Story Genius on my podcast! (Writing Easy)(always be plugging). I haven't read most of those books, so I'm glad to find some new ones.

I like Story Trmps Structure by Steven James, and I just ordered Mastering the Process: From Idea to Novel by Elizabeth James from bookshop.org.

Dear Ally, How Do You Write a Book by Ally Carter it's geared toward teens but its a great breakdown and sometimes you just want a simple guide.

I love Truby's book. It's instructional without being overly complicated reading.

I just picked up Story Genius because Delilah Dawson also recommended it, so yay! Would you recommend Writing & Personality as a print copy to work with? There are ebook versions available, it seems.

You can totally do it in ebook. You basically skip around reading your own sections.
